The staff can hold forth on exactly how much foam your Czech pilsner should carry, which is either charming or alarming depending on your tolerance for expertise. The taps cover a corn lager, a brett-inoculated pale, and a Kolsch-style ale alongside the flagship. The kitchen leans German, with pork shank and schnitzel keeping the hops company.
