The restaurant sits inside a historic palace in the old city, its main dining room set under a covered patio that does most of the atmospheric heavy lifting. Traditional Spanish cooking with a modern lean, a Michelin Bib Gourmand, and an à la carte for anyone not ready to commit to pork from soup to nuts.
