The painted ceiling and Art Nouveau tilework make it easy to forget your menu exists, which would be a shame because Cyril Lignac's kitchen leans into fish and seafood with real conviction. This Parisian bistro in the 11th has the bones of a classic and the cooking of someone who isn't interested in coasting on them. The lobster roll and the millefeuille have both become regulars' standing orders.
