A cloud motif runs through the interiors here, a nod to the airmail pilots who once bunked in what is now a design-forward boutique hotel just off the Place du Capitole. Jean-Philippe Nuel handled the fit-out, blending sober modernism with enough whimsy to keep it from feeling corporate. Rooms run from Cosy up to the Suite Saint Exupéry, named for the literary aviator who was once a regular. Breakfast is served in the lounge bar, and then Toulouse is yours.
