The dining room inside Lyon's restored Hôtel-Dieu is a former 18th-century hospital hall, vaulted and vast, with stained-glass light and art hanging on white walls. It's a brasserie-scale modern restaurant where the kitchen, guided by Marcel Ravin, leans into French technique with Caribbean inflections. The rooftop bar and courtyard patio mean you could easily stretch one meal into an entire afternoon, which Lyon tends to encourage anyway.
