Le Tout-Paris
Modern French
A brasserie on the seventh floor of Cheval Blanc with a terrace that stares straight down the Seine toward the Left Bank, which is the kind of view that makes you order another glass. Peter Marino's colorful room sets the tone, but the kitchen, overseen by Arnaud Donckele, plays it seriously. The cooking respects classic brasserie form while making clear it has a Michelin star to account for. Desserts are Maxime Frédéric's department.
