    A serious steakhouse in the 1st arrondissement from Jean-François Piège, where the whole point is fire and very good beef. The cuts are sourced with real care, the charcoal grill does the talking, and the kitchen keeps things clean rather than clever. The room is warm and polished without feeling stiff, the kind of place where you'll find couples on nice dates and people who actually know their Burgundy. The pommes soufflées are not to be skipped.
