The open grill is the point here, and the smoke announces it before you sit down. Leña Madrid is a steakhouse overseen by Dani García, the Marbella chef who has built a small empire on the idea that fire is enough of a philosophy. Cuts run from ribeye to tomahawk, with aged beef and occasional grilled fish sharing the menu. The room is polished enough that the carnivore-at-heart crowd arrives looking intentional about it.
