The canopy beds have embroidered headboards and the clawfoot tubs have mirrored doors, so yes, this is a hotel that committed to its Belle Époque bit completely. Jacques Garcia designed the rooms to read like a very comfortable 19th-century Parisian fantasy, and the sunlit Winter Garden and French salon library keep that mood going outside them. The voice-controlled curtains are the only thing giving the century away.
