Lotus of Siam
Northern Thai
A separate menu devoted entirely to Northern Thailand, with dishes that lean toward Myanmar, Laos, and South China, is the thing that separates this Thai restaurant from every other Thai restaurant in Las Vegas. The room is a casino-scale take on temple architecture, all red brick and paper lanterns, but the cooking predates the glamour by a long stretch and has never chased it. Wine Enthusiast put it in their Restaurant Hall of Fame, which tracks.
