The best Thai food in Las Vegas, according to the experts: Wine Enthusiast, AAA, and The Las Vegas Review Journal have all weighed in, and their honors are what rank this list. Lotus of Siam comes out on top.
More Less
Lamaii and DE Thai Kitchen hold the next two places. AAA and Eater show up on more of this list than any other guide.

A separate menu devoted entirely to Northern Thailand, with dishes that lean toward Myanmar, Laos, and South China, is the thing that separates this Thai restaurant from every other Thai restaurant in Las Vegas. The room is a casino-scale take on temple architecture, all red brick and paper lanterns, but the cooking predates the glamour by a long stretch and has never chased it. Wine Enthusiast put it in their Restaurant Hall of Fame, which tracks.

Rank 2. Lamaii
Thai
Thai restaurant in Chinatown where the menu runs shorter than the wine list, which tells you something about the kitchen's confidence. The room is handsome, all dark wood and woven vinyl under big arched windows, and the food moves between homey and precise without announcing it. Gang rawaeng, a turmeric curry with slow-braised beef, and the northern kao soi both earn their place on a menu that doesn't have room for passengers. Selected by the Michelin Guide.

Rank 3. DE Thai Kitchen
Southern Thai
This is a Thai street food counter in the Arts District, run out of a kitchen roughly the size of a walk-in closet, which explains why most people take it to go. The pad see ew runs about fifteen dollars and arrives with thick, chewy noodles, broccoli, and shredded chicken. The neighbors have bigger dining rooms and louder reputations, and this place seems fine with that. Order the Thai iced tea, then decide how disciplined you feel about the mango sticky rice.
