The old Louvre Post Office sat empty for years before becoming this hotel, and the team kept enough of the Haussmannian bones to make the lobby feel like a fever dream about the golden age of travel. Rooms go warm and contemporary, some facing the interior courtyard for quiet. There are two restaurants, a rooftop sky garden with city views, and a small spa. The Michelin Guide awarded it one Key.
