A short walk from the Munch Museum, which may or may not explain the name, this small modern restaurant near the Oslo waterfront keeps plates small and shareable, with a menu that roams freely from tacos to chawanmushi to more recognizably Norwegian territory. The room is relaxed rather than precious about any of it, and the wine list follows the same restless logic. Good for grazing through dinner without committing to a single culinary hemisphere.
