A restored Art Deco mansion in a city full of colonial courtyards already makes a statement, and Majagua leans into it: adults-only, craft cocktail at check-in, a speakeasy bar pouring local mezcal, and a rooftop terrace for Oaxacan food framed by treetops. Rooms mix bespoke modern furniture with artisan textiles and art objects from as far as Asia and Africa. It's a boutique hotel that clearly decided "charming" wasn't enough.
