A former warehouse on the industrial edge of Chinatown, majordōmo is David Chang's sprawling, loud restaurant where the open kitchen sets the pace for everything else. The menu drifts freely across Asian influences, from snacks through noodles to large-format sharing plates, and it reads less like a document than a dare. Walk-ins can try for counter seats, but reservations go fast and the room fills faster.
