    This is a resort buffet out in Summerlin, priced in the low thirties and organized around rotating theme nights. Aloha night brings oxtail stew and a whole roasted suckling pig, while fiesta night lets you build a nacho situation that Taco Bell would recognize as kin. Because it's mostly locals, the Strip's plate-piling stampede never shows up, and you can finish with warm churros dunked in chocolate sauce.
