David Chang's Asian-American restaurant on the second floor of the Boulevard Tower has Strip views and the kind of casual-cool energy his name has meant for a long time. The pork belly bao is the thing people come back for, soft bun, supple meat, hoisin, done. The bar runs passionfruit spritzes, Milk Bar sits next door, and the spicy rice cakes alone justify skipping whatever you had planned for dinner.
