    A sushi bar on Prince Street with the kind of sleek, warm-toned room that wouldn't look out of place on South Beach. Momoya is a Manhattan mini-chain that somehow avoids feeling like one, with a menu that swings between approachable rolls and more creative territory without losing its way. The staff actually pays attention, which in SoHo feels like a small miracle. Good for a date, good for a Friday, good for both.
