A boutique hotel just off the Champs-Élysées, Monsieur George is the work of designer Anouska Hempel, installed inside a classic Haussmannian building. The interiors lean deep into residential glamour, with a density of detail that makes most design hotels look like they're trying too hard. The spa, a Michelin Key, and a Mediterranean restaurant round things out, but it's the rooms themselves that do the convincing.
