The menu runs from chilli crab to mango sago pudding, organized by cooking method the way a good hawker centre organizes by stall. It skews toward expats chasing a taste of the Garden City, but the food doesn't require nostalgia to work. Tell them your spice tolerance upfront; they take the question seriously.
