A basement bistro tucked just off Strøget, where the lunch crowd comes for smørrebrød and schnapps and the evening flips to a four-course set menu. The Michelin Guide gave it a Bib Gourmand, which tracks: the cooking is grounded in Danish seasons, local and often biodynamic, without any of the fussiness that tends to follow that sourcing story around. Cosy in the way that basements naturally are, and louder than you'd expect.
