It's a traditional Turkish restaurant that's been around forever, up a flight of stairs above the market floor, and the menu stays firmly in the old-school lane: dolmas, stuffed courgette flowers, yoghurt dips. The Michelin Guide awards it a Bib Gourmand, which tells you the cooking punches well above the price.
