Pátio 44 Restaurante
Portuguese
The façade on Passeio de São Lázaro gives nothing away, which is partly the point. Inside, this traditional Portuguese restaurant keeps things simple and unadorned, the menu short, the cooking quietly ambitious. Three friends built it together, and it has the slightly personal feel of a place that doesn't need to announce itself. A Michelin Bib Gourmand, with a terrace for sunny afternoons and creative cocktails if you're staying a while.
