Picarón is a small-plates spot in Chacarita doing contemporary Peruvian cooking with Argentine and broader Latin ingredients, plus the occasional detour through Asia. The open kitchen behind the bar, the glass wine cellar, the colorful facade, a pavement terrace: it's a bistro that takes its food seriously without taking itself seriously.
