The tap room sits on the first floor of an old submarine factory, now a craft brewery, with windows looking straight down onto the tanks doing their work below. It's a Texas BBQ and beer hall where slow-smoked meats and Põhjala drafts do most of the talking. The brisket goes twelve hours over oak and mesquite, and the spent hops find their way into certain dishes, which feels very on-brand for a brewery restaurant.
