A waterside warehouse where the Russians once built submarines is now an Asian sharing-plates restaurant with a harbourside terrace and a Michelin Bib Gourmand. The name stands for Unorthodox Modern Asian, which at least tells you what you're getting into. Coconut flatbread arrives hot off the pass, satay and sweet-and-sour anchor the menu, and the tasting spread comes out on afternoon-tea stands, which is either charming or chaotic depending on your table size.
