    The dining room sits on the cellars of a medieval convent, and the half-timbered walls, stone, and tapestries make the whole room feel like a set that got out of hand in the best possible way. This is a Michelin-starred fine dining room dedicated to French classicism, where the chef trained at Ledoyen, the Crillon, and the Tour d'Argent before deciding to plant a flag here. Regulars fill the room at lunch, when the prices soften considerably.
