A post-war listed building in Zurich's Kalkbreite quarter houses this relaxed modern restaurant, where evenings run to a surprise tasting menu of four, six, or six courses built around local, seasonal produce. The room is convivial without trying, the chef stays visible throughout service, and on certain weekends a DJ appears after dinner, which tells you something about the vibe. Lunch is a more casual, affordable affair.
