Inside, this Michelin-starred seasonal restaurant is lively and modern without performing about it, the kind of place where the cooking feels driven by what tastes good rather than what photographs well. The chef runs surprise menus of four or six courses, and the alcohol-free pairing is handled with the same care as the wine list. In summer, tables spill onto the pavement beside the tram line.
