A basement French dining room on a quiet Gangnam residential street, easy to walk past and apparently fine with that. The kitchen splits neatly in two: one chef handles the savory courses with the restraint of someone who trained in French kitchens, the other comes from Le Cordon Bleu and owns the dessert side entirely. The result is contemporary French tasting-menu cooking that doesn't feel like it's trying to impress anyone, which is its own kind of impressive.
