    Canopy beds dramatic enough to warrant their own sightlines anchor the suites at this classic Medina riad, where carved wood and patterned textiles do the decorating and a hammam does the recovering. The rooftop looks out over the old city toward the Atlas Mountains, which makes evening tea feel less like a ritual and more like a reasonable excuse to stay up. Selected by the Michelin Guide.
