Two interconnected houses tucked into one of the Medina's quieter corners, Ryad Dyor is a ten-room boutique riad you reach entirely on foot, which filters out exactly the right guests. The courtyard plunge pool, rooftop terrace, and small hammam do most of the persuading. Rooms mix Moroccan antiques with pieces from Europe and further east, landing somewhere between collector's den and guesthouse. Meals can be arranged in advance, so leaving is optional.
