A rattan terrace facing the Japanese Garden and the sea, a black façade, green banquettes, marble floors, one Michelin star, and yes, the mashed potato arrives with every main course as if Robuchon himself insisted from beyond. This is a fine dining room built as a tribute to the late chef, running Gallic classics with a drift of Mediterranean light. The menu is quieter and less theatrical than the legend, which turns out to suit Monaco rather well.
