    Three towers, each decorated in a different eclectic style, make SAHARA feel less like a single hotel than a small, casino-anchored neighborhood. The Rat Pack used to haunt the original, but the current version skipped the nostalgia and went full 21st century instead. José Andrés's Bazaar Meat anchors the dining, multiple pools and a spa handle the daylight hours, and live residencies fill the theatre after dark.
