The name means "deep sea," and the kitchen leans into that, running through maki, temaki, sashimi, and tempura alongside Wagyu shipped directly from Japan. This is a sit-down Japanese restaurant that has recently rethought both its room and its cooking, tilting toward something more contemporary without losing the thread. Bar seats put you in front of the chefs if you want the show. A tasting menu is available with at least a day's notice.
