Slow & Low is a tasting-menu restaurant with a Michelin star and a globe-trotting sensibility, pulling from Mexico, Argentina, Thailand, and Spain in a way that sounds chaotic but somehow holds together. The chefs double as servers and walk you through each dish, which at this kind of place is either charming or a lot, depending on your mood.
