    The basement Cabaret Room alone would justify the address, but Soho House Paris has more going for it than Moulin Rouge fantasy. This members' club hotel in Pigalle occupies a building where Jean Cocteau's family once lived, and the interiors lean into it: English country house bones crossed with Art Deco Parisian polish and nods to Cocteau's Cap Ferrat villa. Rooms run from Tiny Attic to Big Boudoir. The Michelin Guide awarded it one Key.
