    A rooftop pool and a ground-floor tapas bar frame the stay at this cool, white boutique hotel wedged between the Guadalquivir and the Murillo Gardens. The interiors dial down Seville's heat with clean walls and let the color in through patterned headboards and local artwork. Some rooms come with freestanding bathtubs, others with Juliet balconies, and the cathedral and Royal Alcázar are both a short walk off.
