On the seventh floor of the Excelsior Hotel Gallia, with the central station rooftops spreading out below, Terrazza Gallia is a fine dining room where the kitchen leans Mediterranean and the Campanian chef's flavors run rich and direct. Fendi and Busnelli furnished the space, which tips from glamorous at lunch to genuinely cinematic at sunset. The wine list is impressive and priced to match the view.
