The back-lit bar front glows like a stage set, which is fitting given that this is exactly where the Savoy's old cabaret stage once stood. The Beaufort Bar is a cocktail bar done in black and gold, all deep carpets, plush upholstery, and enough gold leaf to make a Dubai hotel blush. The bartenders perform accordingly. A classic London hotel bar, except louder about it.
