The charcoal grill has been burning here since the eighties, one of the first of its kind in Hong Kong, and it remains the whole point. This is a hotel steakhouse inside the Regent, with harbour views over Victoria and a beef programme that dry-ages cuts from Japan, Australia, the US, and beyond. The salad bar is a fixture regulars treat as seriously as the meat. It ranked 80th on the World's Best Steak Restaurants list.
