The Art Deco facade on East 76th Street hasn't changed, but the inside was gutted and reimagined by Martin Brudnizki, which is why this Upper East Side hotel now reads more Corinthia than classic New York dowager. Casa Tua, the members' club with outposts in Miami and Aspen, runs the dining room, so the crowd skews accordingly. It holds a Michelin Key and a Forbes Four Star.
