This is a chef's table restaurant in Nuremberg's Old Town where the counter wraps around an open kitchen, and the whole point is that you watch everything happen. René Stein's team runs a tight, creative tasting menu with cleanly composed plates. One Michelin star. Tuesday and Wednesday nights flip to a walk-in bar format, no set menu required.
