A Michelin-starred creative restaurant in Nuremberg where the menu reduces each dish to three ingredients, named plainly, like "cauliflower, hazelnut, carrot," and somehow that restraint is the whole point. The chef, who has been at this for ages, weaves in Asian inflections that keep things from feeling austere. Evening brings a five-or-six-course set menu with a vegan option; lunch runs a shorter version. The courtyard terrace is a bonus, and the tram stops close.
