Tooru
Japanese
A small omakase counter in Haeundae where the chef builds each meal around whatever came off a local boat that morning, folding peak-season Korean ingredients into a format that stays resolutely Japanese. The bar layout seats just a handful of guests, which gives the whole thing a quiet, unhurried feel. Somen shows up as a signature, sometimes in surinagashi style, sometimes dressed with seasonal sauces that shift with the calendar.
