A dim sum shop in the Haeridan-gil area, recognizable by the line that forms outside before you've even decided whether you're hungry. The menu stays focused: soup dumplings, shrimp and chive dumplings, wonton soup, barbecue pork buns, and tea, ideally pu'er or jasmine, because that's how this is supposed to go. Small plates, shared table, no agenda beyond the next bamboo steamer arriving.
