Wine Bar
Tourist is a tiny wine bar on Blanshard where the reds come chilled and poured into stemware small enough to make you feel oversized. The cheeseburger and the mountain of fried potatoes are the move, and the bottles skew toward small-batch producers from Salt Spring Island. It's a shoebox lit by LED strips, so come after dark, when it looks like a mood board that got built.
