André Fu's design runs the full length of a Pacific Place tower, with rooms large enough to embarrass most Hong Kong apartments, limestone tubs, and floor-to-ceiling windows facing the skyline. The art collection runs to 400 pieces. Salisterra on the 49th floor handles Mediterranean food and harbour views. Ranked tenth on the World's 50 Best Hotels list.
