A 1911 art nouveau apartment block on Rue de Buci that skipped the usual Saint-Germain grand hotel script and went boutique instead. Bruno Borrione's interiors lean scalloped wood paneling and art deco softness rather than gilt-and-velvet, and the 34 rooms run unusually large for the sixth. Top-floor suites take in both the Eiffel Tower and Sacré Coeur, which is the kind of view that makes unpacking feel warranted. The Michelin Guide awarded it one Key.
