A stripped-back dining room inside the Whitworth Locke Hotel on Princess Street, where the kitchen counter runs long and the cooking leans into cold cuts, whole fish, and homemade pies without apology. Shaun Moffat, who made his name up the road at The Edinburgh Castle, brings the same produce-led instinct here: seasonal, regional, British, and genuinely unfussy. The National Restaurant Awards put it at number 67 in 2026.
